This Privacy Policy explains what information NFL Playoff Pass (nflplayoffpass.com, “we”, “the site”) collects when you visit, how it is used, who it is shared with and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

The short version

  • You can read the whole site without an account. We do not ask for your name, and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard log data: your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the referring page and the time of the visit. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are deleted on a rolling basis.

Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you and to fix any error you report.

Information stored in your browser. The site saves a few settings in your browser’s local storage, such as light or dark mode and the bracket picks you make in the playoff predictor. This data stays on your device; it is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. We use them for two purposes:

  • Advertising: Google AdSense uses cookies to show ads and to measure them (see below).
  • Statistics: Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. We do not use it to identify you.

Visitors in the United States

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. The sharing of cookie data with advertising partners may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state laws. Where required, a message on the site lets you opt out, and you can also use the Google Ads Settings link above.

Children

The site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us through the contact page and we will delete it.
