Super Wild Card Weekend kicks off the 2022 NFL playoffs, with the Las Vegas Raiders meeting the Cincinnati Bengals at 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
With Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, Joe Burrow and the Bengals aim to keep the momentum rolling. The Bengals rested important players last week after sealing the AFC North with a Week 17 victory against the Chiefs. Burrow, on the other hand, insists they’ll be ready.
In Week 11, the Bengals defeated the Raiders 32-13, but who will win in the end? Continue reading to learn about the TV and live streaming choices for the first game of Super Wild Card Weekend.
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Cincinnati Bengals Game Preview
There is going to be another game between these two teams after Cincinnati won the first game of the season on the road. The Ohio team is going to win the rematch in Queen City because it will be cold.
Despite that, Derek Carr and Josh Jacobs will put the Bengals’ defense to the test, as they did in the first game when Joe Burrow’s passing game was limited.
The last time these two teams met, they both drew. In a close game, Cincinnati came out on top at the end. It used to be a low-scoring game.
They could do it on Saturday, but will they be able to?
During the last few weeks of the season, the offense, led by quarterback Joe Burrow, has been getting better and better (aside from them being off last week). Against the Ravens and the Chiefs, he had more than 1,000 yards and eight TDs (-12.5)
When Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd are on the field, the Raiders’ secondary will be put to the test by each of them. In order to put Burrow under the most stress, Maxx Crosby and Yannick Ngakoue should put him under a lot of stress.
Darren Waller, the tight end for the Raiders last week, should be given more chances this week. In a Bengals defense that’s good at stopping the run but not so good at stopping the pass, that’s a big deal.
Both quarterbacks have never played in a playoff game before. Carr has more experience, but this will be their first time. In 2015, there are only a few young Bengals left.
This isn’t true, however, for veterans that Cincinnati has signed in the past two years, who have a lot of experience in the playoffs. The Bengals hired Zac Taylor to be a coach, but he had already coached in a Super Bowl.
I think it’s great that Burrow and this offense have been in the playoffs for the very first time. Even though this team is a long way ahead of schedule, they already look like a threat.
