Thursday Night Football – October 16
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals – 8:15 PM ET on Prime Video
The Steelers enter this AFC North clash at 4-1 and look to extend their division lead. Aaron Rodgers and Joe Flacco combine for 81 years of age in the oldest quarterback matchup since Tom Brady faced Matt Ryan in 2021.
Pittsburgh’s defense has been dominant with 17 sacks in their last three games. The Bengals will likely play without pass rusher Trey Hendrickson. Cincinnati already has one of the lowest pressure rates in the NFL at just 16 percent. Rodgers ranks as a top-five quarterback when sitting in a clean pocket.
Flacco struggles badly under pressure. The Steelers should control this game from start to finish on Thursday night.

Sunday Morning – October 19
Los Angeles Rams vs Jacksonville Jaguars – 9:30 AM ET from London on NFL Network
Two 4-2 teams meet at Wembley Stadium in the final London game of 2025. The Rams scored only 17 points against the league’s worst defense last week. Seven of those points came immediately after a turnover. Los Angeles has managed just a 31.9 percent third-down conversion rate over the last four games.
Star receiver Puka Nacua may miss this game with an ankle injury. Jacksonville has experience playing overseas and their defense has improved recently. The Jaguars get the slight edge in this neutral-site matchup.
Pick: Rams 24, Jaguars 20
Sunday Early Window – 1:00 PM ET
New Orleans Saints at Chicago Bears (FOX)
The Saints are having their worst six-game start since 1999 at 1-5. Chicago played Monday night and faces a short week. The Bears still have the home field advantage and better talent across the board.
The Saints defense has surrendered a 109.4 quarterback rating this season. They allow 2.3 passing touchdowns per game with a 69.5 percent completion rate. Caleb Williams should have a productive afternoon against this weak secondary.
Pick: Bears 23, Saints 20
Miami Dolphins at Cleveland Browns (CBS)
Two 1-5 teams face off in what could be an ugly game. The Dolphins defense has one of the lowest pressure rates in the league at 16.7 percent. Miami allows 168.5 rushing yards per game which ranks worst in the NFL.
Cleveland’s run defense has been excellent. The Browns allow just 79.7 rushing yards per game and 3.1 yards per carry. Dillon Gabriel should earn his first win as an NFL starter. Miami’s slightly better offense gives them the edge in a close game.
Pick: Dolphins 21, Browns 17
Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs (CBS)
The Chiefs are 11.5-point favorites in the biggest spread of Week 7. Patrick Mahomes owns a 12-2 career record against the Raiders. Kansas City has won 11 straight home games against AFC opponents.
Mahomes has posted a 70.4 percent completion rate over the last three games with a 113.4 quarterback rating. The offense averages 31.7 points per game during that stretch. Rashee Rice returns from his six-game suspension this week. The Raiders are thin at cornerback and struggle with pass protection. This game won’t be close.
Pick: Chiefs 30, Raiders 17
Philadelphia Eagles at Minnesota Vikings (FOX)
Can the Eagles lose three straight games? Philadelphia desperately needs to stop their slide. Minnesota had the bye week to prepare for this showdown. The Vikings’ offensive line remains banged up with uncertainty at the starting quarterback position.
Brian Flores runs a complex defensive scheme that should give the struggling Eagles offense fits. Computer models give the Vikings a strong chance to cover the 2.5-point spread at home. This game will be tight throughout. Philadelphia escapes with a narrow victory.

Carolina Panthers at New York Jets (FOX)
The Panthers have a shot at being above .500 for the first time since October 2021. Running back Rico Dowdle has been outstanding with 200-plus scrimmage yards in back-to-back games. Carolina’s defense has allowed just 73.4 rushing yards per game over the last four contests.
The Jets are winless at 0-6 after recording an embarrassing -10 net passing yards in their Week 6 loss. New York needs a win desperately but Carolina has too much momentum. The Panthers’ defensive dominance continues.
Pick: Panthers 27, Jets 20
New England Patriots at Tennessee Titans (CBS)
Drake Maye’s breakout season continues as the Patriots ride a two-game winning streak. Tennessee fired coach Brian Callahan after Week 6. The Titans are in complete disarray with their roster rebuild beginning.
Maye should throw three touchdowns to lead New England to their third straight victory. The Patriots defense will control field position all game long.
Pick: Patriots 27, Titans 13
Sunday Afternoon – 4:05/4:25 PM ET
New York Giants at Denver Broncos – 4:05 PM on CBS
The Giants pulled off a stunning upset over the Eagles in Week 6. Rookie duo Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo had a mini-bye to prepare for this challenge. Denver’s defense ranks No. 1 in the league. The Broncos have allowed just 74 rushing yards per game over the last four weeks. Quarterbacks average only 155.8 passing yards against them with a 75.7 quarterback rating.
Denver must return from London which could affect their performance. This game will be much closer than the seven-point spread suggests.

Indianapolis Colts at Los Angeles Chargers – 4:05 PM on CBS
Daniel Jones and the Colts are 5-1 in one of the season’s biggest surprises. Indianapolis returns to SoFi Stadium where they lost to the Rams 27-20 in Week 4. The Chargers have allowed 144.8 rushing yards per game over the last four weeks. They surrender 5.2 yards per carry during that stretch.
Los Angeles struggles generating pressure without Khalil Mack. Jonathan Taylor and the league’s most dominant offensive line should have a big day. The Colts get their revenge.
Pick: Colts 27, Chargers 20
Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals – 4:25 PM on FOX
Arizona has lost four straight games by a combined nine points. The Cardinals will be without running backs James Conner and Trey Benson. They face the league’s best run defense without their top two ball carriers.
Kyler Murray must carry the load through the air. Jordan Love and the Packers should prevail in another close finish. Arizona fans are in for more heartbreak.

Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys – 4:25 PM on FOX
The Cowboys defense has been terrible while allowing an NFC-worst 184 points through six games. Opponents have averaged 174.7 rushing yards and 251 passing yards per game against Dallas over the last three weeks.
Jayden Daniels and running back Bill Croskey-Merritt face a favorable matchup. Former defensive coordinator Dan Quinn knows the Cowboys’ offense inside and out. Washington wins a shootout.

Sunday Night Football – 8:20 PM ET
Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers (NBC)
The 3-2 Falcons are riding high after upsetting the Bills in Week 6. San Francisco faces serious questions at quarterback with Brock Purdy recovering from turf toe. The 49ers defense has generated just three sacks over the last four games. They allow 4.5 yards per carry over the last three contests. Star linebacker Fred Warner is out with an injury.
Bijan Robinson has been rolling for Atlanta. The Falcons have the advantage even on the road in primetime.

Monday Night Football – October 20
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Detroit Lions – 7:00 PM ET (ESPN)
Baker Mayfield and the 5-1 Buccaneers head to Motor City for a huge NFC matchup. The Lions lost to Kansas City in Week 6 and should come out angry at home. Tampa Bay will be without Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving due to injuries.
Mayfield has proven he can thrive with backup receivers all season. The Buccaneers defense allows just 3.7 yards per carry and can contain Detroit’s rushing attack. Both secondaries are depleted which should lead to a high-scoring affair. Detroit gets a slight edge at home in a thriller.

Houston Texans at Seattle Seahawks – 10:00 PM ET (ESPN+)
The Seahawks have one of the highest pressure rates in the NFL at 21 percent. Their sack rate sits at 8.1 percent. The Texans offensive line ranks 29th in pass-block win rate at just 51 percent.
Houston comes off a bye week which should help their defense. The Texans rank fourth in defensive DVOA. Seattle is just 1-2 at home this season. C.J. Stroud and Houston pull off the upset to close out Week 7.
