NFL Playoff Bracket 2024: Updated Picture, Schedule After Sunday’s Wild Card
NFL Playoffs 2024 Wildcard round Saturday and Sunday games are completed. Only two wildcard games are remaining to get the four teams for the Divisional round.
Saturday in the NFL playoffs, the Houston Texans won big against the Cleveland Browns, 45-14, at their home stadium. This win gets them to the next round. Later, the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Miami Dolphins 26-7 in a very cold game at their stadium. The Chiefs are now also moving to the next round.
In the Sunday 1st wildcard game, the Green Bay Packers delivered an impressive performance against the Dallas Cowboys, securing a 48-32 victory. The Packers established a strong lead early in the game, going up 27-0 in the first half, and maintained their dominance throughout. Quarterback Jordan Love shone in the game, completing 16 of 21 passes for 272 yards and scoring three touchdowns, earning a passer rating of 157.2. This victory sets up the Packers for their next game against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium.
In Sunday’s 2nd widecard game Detroit Lions narrowly defeated the Los Angeles Rams with a score of 24-23. This victory was significant for the Lions, marking their first playoff win since 1991 and advancing them to the NFC Divisional Round. The Rams, despite a strong finish to the season, were eliminated from the playoffs.
