There are no blackouts anywhere except the UK and Ireland. DAZN’s 27 February 2026 results release put Game Pass subscriptions up 24% year on year, Ultimate tier sign ups up more than 300%, and 125 million minutes of Super Bowl LX streamed across 200 plus markets.
What Is DAZN NFL Game Pass?
DAZN NFL Game Pass is the NFL’s official international streaming service, sold in more than 200 markets everywhere except the United States and China. It is a standalone pass inside the DAZN app, not a cable channel, and one payment unlocks every live game rather than a regional selection. DAZN holds the rights under a 10 year deal signed in February 2023 that runs through the 2032 season.
Your pass covers the full 2026 calendar. NFL Communications confirmed in its 2026 schedule announcement that the season opens on Wednesday, 9 September, when the defending champion Seattle Seahawks host the New England Patriots at Lumen Field in a Super Bowl LX rematch. Eighteen weeks later the regular season ends on 10 January 2027, Wild Card Weekend runs 16 to 18 January, and ESPN’s press room confirms Super Bowl LXI on 14 February 2027 at SoFi Stadium.
2026 is the biggest international season on record. The NFL’s own release lists nine games across four continents, seven countries and eight stadiums: Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro, three in London, Paris, Madrid, Munich and Mexico City. One point of confusion worth clearing up. ESPN completed its acquisition of NFL Media in early 2026 and now runs NFL Network and US distribution of RedZone. That deal is domestic only. DAZN’s international rights are separate, and its own pages updated in late July and early August 2026 still list both channels with Game Pass.
How Much Does DAZN NFL Game Pass Cost in 2026?
Season Pro costs €199.99 in Germany and Austria and €219.99 in France. Season Pro Ultimate costs €229.99 and €249.99 in those markets. Both tiers cover every game through Super Bowl LXI and stay valid until 31 July 2027. There is no single eurozone price, so check your own checkout screen.

Paying once is always cheaper. The instalment premium runs from about 9% on France’s Season Pro to roughly 42% on Brazil’s Ultimate plan, so spread payments only if you need to. French subscribers can also upgrade from Pro to Ultimate mid season for a flat €30.
What Does NFL Game Pass Cost in the UK, Japan, Australia and Canada?
DAZN had not published a 2026/27 rate card for these markets as of 5 August 2026. The last confirmed season figures were about £169.99 and £189.99 in the UK, ¥31,000 and ¥34,500 in Japan, and around A$280 in Australia. Treat them as a guide, not a quote.
Canada works differently. There is no Game Pass to buy at all, because NFL coverage is bundled into a standard DAZN subscription at roughly CA$24.99 a month on an annual plan, with an Ultimate tier around CA$29.99. Our guide to watching the NFL in Canada covers the DAZN and TSN split in full.
American fans travelling abroad buy the NFL Travel Pass instead. It launched in October 2024 at $17.99 a week or $179.99 a season and DAZN has published no update since, so confirm the price at checkout. Buy it before you leave the country.
Can You Buy NFL Game Pass Through Prime Video or YouTube?
Yes. Game Pass is an add on channel on Prime Video in the UK, France, Germany, Australia, Mexico and Brazil, and on YouTube Primetime Channels in the UK and Germany. Expect roughly £31.99 or €36.99 a month. Rolling monthly billing suits fans who only want the back half of the season, but across a full year it costs more than a season pass and you cancel through that store, not DAZN.
What Happens When Your Season Pass Ends?
A season pass cannot roll into another full year, but it does convert to a flexible monthly plan unless you cancel or renew manually. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland that fallback rate has been €39.99 a month. Diary the end of your term. This is the most common billing complaint from Game Pass subscribers.
What Do You Get With a Game Pass Subscription?
Both paid tiers carry every live game on the authentic American broadcast, NFL RedZone, NFL Network 24/7, full replays, condensed cuts and Coaches Film. Ultimate adds multiview, HDR, alternative feeds and more simultaneous streams. Nothing on either tier is 4K.

Beyond the live games you also get Game in 40 condensed matches, Sunday in 60 recaps, full replays with spoiler protection that hides stats and scores, Coaches Film (All-22), offline downloads of replays and shows on phones and tablets, and FanZone polls, quizzes and chat, used by one in four subscribers last season. The NFL’s own help centre says Coaches Film lands 24 to 36 hours after each game finishes.
What Commentary Languages Are Available?
English is the default American call on every game. DAZN’s February 2026 release says it now offers every game in Spanish and Portuguese, plus coverage in Japanese and a growing number of games in French and Dutch.
German is the notable gap. The NFL moved live German language rights to RTL and Sky from 2026/27, ending DAZN’s German pay TV deal early, and German no longer appears on DAZN’s own commentary list. Does NFL Game Pass Stream in 4K?
No, and this is where older guides get it wrong. DAZN lists 1080p Full HD for both tiers. What Ultimate actually adds is HDR and Dolby 5.1 surround on Thursday Night Football, Sunday Night Football, key playoff games and the Super Bowl. Independent stream analysis of Super Bowl LX found an HDR10 ladder peaking at 1080p59.94, HEVC Main10, around 8 Mbps, with no 4K rung at all. HDR also depends on a supported TV platform rather than simply a modern screen.
What Devices Support DAZN NFL Game Pass?
Game Pass runs on smart TVs, streaming sticks, both current console families, phones, tablets and any web browser. Season Pro allows two simultaneous streams on one internet connection. Ultimate allows five streams across two connections, which is the only way to share a pass across two households.

Sunday afternoon games kick off at 6pm UK and 7pm central European time. Sunday Night Football starts at 1:20am UK on Monday morning. Every kickoff below is live on Game Pass, and every one is available as a replay, a Game in 40 condensed cut or a Sunday in 60 recap the same night.

International games are the exception and start in the morning US time. London games at Wembley and Tottenham typically kick off at 2:30pm UK, and the Paris, Madrid and Munich games run in the European afternoon, which makes them the easiest live NFL of the season if you live in Europe.
What Shows and Documentaries Are Included?
Game Pass carries NFL Network’s full daily schedule plus DAZN’s own weekly shows and the NFL Films back catalogue. That is what separates it from a pure live sports pass. There is enough studio and documentary programming to fill the week between Sundays.

Are Any NFL Games Blacked Out on DAZN?
Only in the UK and Ireland, and only two games a week. Sky Sports holds first pick of the Sunday 6pm and 9pm games, so those two are withheld from the live Game Pass feed and appear on demand 24 hours later. Everywhere else in the 200 plus markets, every game is live.
Sky Group announced the three year NFL deal in August 2025, giving Sky Sports NFL the first pick exclusive Sunday 6pm game and first pick of the Sunday 9pm game. The picks are usually confirmed by Wednesday. Thursday, Monday and postseason games stay live on Game Pass, and free to air games on Channel 5 and 5NFL have not been blacked out.
The other gap is geographic. Game Pass is not sold in the United States or China at all. American fans use NFL+ or YouTube Sunday Ticket at home and the Travel Pass abroad.
How Can You Watch NFL on DAZN Free?
There is no free trial, but the free tier is more useful than most people expect. A free DAZN account carries NFL Network, highlights and select live games at no cost, and DAZN has given away the entire preseason in recent years outside the US, Canada and China. Free to air TV also covers plenty: Channel 5 in the UK, France Télévisions and La Chaîne L’Équipe in France, and RTL in Germany all show live games without a subscription.
DAZN NFL Game Pass vs NFL+: Which Should You Buy?
Where you live decides this, not price. NFL+ is sold only in the United States and Game Pass is sold everywhere except the US and China, so almost nobody can choose between them. If you are comparing on features, Game Pass is a full TV replacement and NFL+ is a mobile companion.

Sign up in the DAZN app or at dazn.com, find NFL, select Buy Now and pick your plan. Cancelling takes four clicks inside My Account and you keep access until the paid period ends. If you bought through an app store or Prime Video, you must cancel there instead.
- Install the free DAZN app on your TV, phone or streaming stick, or open the NFL Game Pass page on DAZN.
- Create an account. This alone unlocks NFL Network, highlights and select free games.
- Find NFL, select Buy Now, then choose Season Pro, Ultimate or a weekly pass and your payment option.
- To cancel, go to My Account, then Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. Do it before 31 July or before your instalments finish to avoid the monthly rollover.
Is DAZN NFL Game Pass Worth It in 2026?
Yes, if you watch more than one game a week. DAZN NFL Game Pass is still the best value NFL streaming option outside the United States. At €199.99 it lands under €1 per regular season game, and no other legal service abroad bundles every kickoff with RedZone, NFL Network, Coaches Film and the NFL archive.
Season Pro suits most people. Ultimate costs exactly €30 more in both France and Germany, and French subscribers can upgrade mid season for that same €30, so there is no penalty for starting on Pro and moving up in November. UK fans can lean on Channel 5 and add a weekly pass for the games that matter. Whichever you pick, diary your renewal date.
