Sunday starts five and a half hours earlier than usual because of London, then settles into a normal eight game block at 1:00. Only one game kicks at 4:05, so the late afternoon is lighter than it looks.
How to Run a Week 4 Pick’em Pool
- Set the deadline. Picks lock at the first kickoff, Thursday, October 1 at 8:15 PM ET on Thursday Night Football. Collect sheets by Thursday afternoon.
- Share the sheet. Send the PDF by email or group chat, or print a stack for the office. Each player fills in a name and 16 picks.
- Use the tiebreaker. Every player writes the total points they expect in Falcons at Saints on Monday Night Football. Closest guess wins if two players tie on correct picks.
- Score it Monday night. One point per correct winner. Fill the Total Correct box and compare.

What Makes Week 4 Different for Your Pool
Week 4 is the last normal week of the season. Four things on this slate catch pools out, and all four are worth flagging to your players before Thursday.
- Sunday opens at 9:30 in the morning. Colts at Commanders comes from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, with Washington as the designated home team. Picks for it lock Thursday night like every other game, so a player who waits until Sunday brunch to fill in the sheet has already missed a result.
- This is the last 16 game sheet. Byes start in Week 5, so the slate shrinks to 15 games and confidence pools have to rank 15 down to 1 instead of 16. Reusing the old range is the most common way a pool ends up with a scoring dispute. Check the 2026 NFL bye weeks before you set Week 5 up.
- Fewer games are free than in any week so far. Thirteen of the 16 are on CBS, FOX or NBC. The other three each need a subscription: Prime Video on Thursday, NFL Network for London and ESPN on Monday.
- Monday night is not on ABC. Weeks 1 through 3 simulcast the Monday game on ABC, but Falcons at Saints is on ESPN only. Anyone relying on an antenna for the tiebreaker game needs another plan.
