How to Run a Week 6 Pick’em Pool
- Set the deadline. Picks lock at the first kickoff, Thursday, October 15 at 8:15 PM ET. Collect sheets by Thursday afternoon.
- Reset the confidence range again. Week 6 ranks 14 down to 1. That is a third different range in three weeks, which is the single most likely thing to cause an argument when you score it.
- Use the tiebreaker. Every player writes the total points they expect in Commanders at 49ers on Monday Night Football. Closest guess wins if two players tie on correct picks.
- Score it Monday night. One point per correct winner, 14 available. Fill the Total Correct box and compare.

What Changes in Week 6 for Your Pool
- Four teams are off at once. The Bengals, Lions, Dolphins and Vikings are on bye, double the number from Week 5. Check the 2026 NFL bye weeks so you know what the slate looks like before you print.
- Survivor pools get thinner again. With four teams unavailable, a player holding one of them has to spend a pick they were saving, and the safe options shrink for everyone at the same time.
- London moves to Wembley. Jacksonville hosts a London game for the second week running, but at Wembley Stadium this time rather than Tottenham. Kickoff is 9:30 AM ET, which is 2:30 in the afternoon in London.
- Monday night is back on ABC. Commanders at 49ers is simulcast on ABC and ESPN, so the tiebreaker game is free over the air again after Week 4 ran on ESPN alone.
