The preseason finished 1-2. Jacksonville won 24-20 at the Superdome, the Rams won 34-0 at SoFi Stadium, and the Saints closed with a 27-24 win at Dallas on August 28, decided by a 53-yard Daniel Carlson field goal with 1:55 left. The roster was cut to 53 on August 30.

Saints 2026 Wall Calendar Printable (PDF)

Six monthly grids of Saints game days, black squares for Superdome dates and gold outlines for road trips, Aug to Jan

If you plan weekends around game days, the calendar version suits you better. It spreads the season across six month grids, August 2026 through January 2027, with Superdome dates filled black and road trips outlined in gold.

October 25 is filled black even though the team is in France, because the Saints are the home team that day. Pin it by the fridge and the shape of the season is obvious.

Week 7 in Paris: A Home Game 4,800 Miles Away

The Saints are the designated home team against the Steelers on Sunday, October 25 at Stade de France, the first NFL regular season game ever played in France. It counts as one of New Orleans’ nine home games, which is why the club has eight Superdome dates this year rather than nine.

Kickoff is 9:30 AM ET on NFL Network, 3:30 PM in Paris. For fans in Louisiana that means an 8:30 AM alarm and breakfast in front of the television.

Travel is the hidden cost. The nine games away from the Superdome add up to 21,348 round trip miles, against 16,784 over eight road games in 2025. The schedule returns one favour: the bye lands in Week 8, straight after Paris.

Sixty Seasons of the Black and Gold

2026 is the 60th season in franchise history. The Saints began play in 1967, and the anniversary runs all year: commemorative uniform patches, field markings and stadium signage, street banners along Poydras Street, and a six-part documentary series called Saints at 60 that began in September.

It opened with the biggest honour the franchise has had: Drew Brees entered the Pro Football Hall of Fame on August 8, the first Saint elected on the first ballot. Two home dates carry weight of their own. October 5 against Atlanta falls near the 20th anniversary of the night the Superdome reopened after Hurricane Katrina, September 25, 2006, when the Saints beat the Falcons 23-3. The Cleveland game on November 8 closes the weekend Terron Armstead and Mark Ingram II enter the Saints Hall of Fame.

Caesars Superdome

The Superdome holds 73,208 for football and finished a multi-year renovation before hosting Super Bowl LIX in February 2025, adding wider atriums, new premium levels and two 40-yard bars. The eight home dates run from September 27 through the Week 18 finale, listed in full in the FAQ below. A clear bag policy applies at every game.

When Is the Saints Bye Week in 2026?

The Saints are off in Week 8, the weekend of November 1, immediately after Paris. Useful timing for a squad coming off transatlantic travel. New Orleans then plays 10 straight weeks to close the season.

Coaching Staff and Key Players

Kellen Moore returns for year two after a 6-11 debut that ended far better than it began. New Orleans lost 10 of its first 12, then won four of the last five and went 4-0 in December, only the third unbeaten December in franchise history and the first since 2011. Doug Nussmeier runs the offense and Brandon Staley the defense.

Tyler Shough holds the starting job after a rookie year of 2,384 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, a 91.3 rating and a 5-4 record as a starter. Spencer Rattler is the backup. Chris Olave, who signed a multi-year extension in July, made AP All-Pro in 2025 and became only the second Saint to catch 100 passes in a season.

The backfield is the headline change. Travis Etienne Jr. arrived on a four-year free agent deal and shares the top spot with Alvin Kamara, the franchise’s all-time leading rusher, who restructured his contract to stay for a 10th season in New Orleans.

The receiver room is thinner than planned. First-round pick Jordyn Tyson, taken eighth overall, injured a hamstring in camp and is expected to miss roughly two months, so he opens the season out and is unlikely back before the Paris trip. That opened the door for sixth-round rookie Barion Brown, the LSU receiver who won a starting job and both return jobs. Devaughn Vele is the other outside starter, with Juwan Johnson at tight end. Daniel Carlson, signed late in camp, handles the kicking.

New Orleans has not reached the postseason since the 2020 season, a five-year drought. Five of the 17 opponents finished 2025 at .500 or better, and four made the playoffs: Green Bay, Carolina, Pittsburgh and Chicago.

How to Get New Orleans Saints Tickets

SeatGeek is the club’s official primary ticketing partner, and season tickets, single game seats and suites are listed on the team’s official website. Verified resale runs through Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats and StubHub. Prices move with demand, so the Monday night Atlanta game sits at the top of the range.

The Paris game is the exception. It runs through NFL On Location travel packages, not the Superdome box office, so plan that one well ahead.

Week 8, the weekend of November 1, 2026. It falls immediately after the Paris trip. New Orleans then plays 10 consecutive weeks to finish the regular season.

Where do the Saints play their international game in 2026?

New Orleans hosts the Pittsburgh Steelers at Stade de France in Paris on Sunday, October 25, 2026. Kickoff is 9:30 AM ET on NFL Network, 3:30 PM local time. It is the first NFL regular season game played in France and it counts as a Saints home game.

How many prime time games do the Saints have in 2026?

One. The Monday Night Football meeting with Atlanta on October 5 at 8:15 PM ET on ESPN is the only 8:15 or 8:20 PM kickoff on the schedule. The Paris game is a national broadcast but starts in the morning, so it is not a prime time slot.

Why is the Saints Week 18 game against Tampa Bay listed as TBD?

The NFL schedules every Week 18 game only after Week 17 is complete, so the most meaningful matchups land in the best windows. The opponent and venue are fixed, Tampa Bay at Caesars Superdome, but the date and kickoff time are announced in early January 2027.

The New Orleans Saints Schedule 2026 asks a lot early and gives something back late: two road games to open, a Sunday morning in Paris, then a Week 8 bye at the right moment. Four of the final five games are NFC South, so in its 60th season the franchise settles its own division race. Bookmark this page for kickoff times and TV channels, and print the free PDF above.
