Miami Dolphins Schedule 2026: Printable PDF, Times, TV Channels
The Miami Dolphins schedule 2026 opens on the road. Miami visits the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, September 13 at 4:25 PM ET on FOX, then plays a second straight road game at San Francisco before Hard Rock Stadium sees any football.
This is a full reset. Mike McDaniel was fired after a 7-10 finish, Jeff Hafley arrived from Green Bay as head coach, and Tua Tagovailoa was released in March at a record $99 million dead cap charge. Malik Willis signed a three year deal worth a reported $67.5 million and is set to open as the starter.
The TV listing matches the rebuild. There is not one prime time kickoff on the sheet, only CBS and FOX carry the season, and nine of the 17 games come against 2025 playoff teams. Below is every date, kickoff time and TV channel, plus a free printable schedule and a wall calendar, both sized for US Letter paper.

Miami Dolphins Schedule 2026: Every Game, Date and TV Channel
Home games are marked “vs” and road games “at.” All kickoff times are Eastern, which is also Miami local time, so the Time column needs no conversion for South Florida fans.

One date is still open. Week 18 at the New England Patriots falls on Saturday, January 9 or Sunday, January 10, 2027, and the league fixes it only after Week 17 finishes. Sunday afternoon kickoffs from Week 5 on can also move under flexible scheduling, so treat the 4:05 PM and 4:25 PM slots as provisional until game week.
The Miami Dolphins schedule 2026 is one of the hardest in the league. Nine games come against seven different 2025 playoff teams, and four of those are against division champions: New England twice, plus Denver and Chicago. Five of the nine fall on the road. Measured by opponent record from last season, it is the second toughest schedule in the NFL at .542, behind only Chicago. The run home is divisional at both ends: the Jets in Week 12, then Buffalo in Week 17 and New England in Week 18 to close it out.

Dolphins Preseason Schedule 2026
One road trip and two home dates. All three 2026 NFL preseason games air locally on CBS Miami, the club’s television home in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale market.
| Game | Date | Opponent | Time (ET) | TV |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fri, Aug 14 | at Washington Commanders | 7:00 PM | CBS Miami |
| 2 | Sat, Aug 22 | vs New York Giants | 4:00 PM | CBS Miami / NFL Network |
| 3 | Fri, Aug 28 | vs Atlanta Falcons | 7:00 PM | CBS Miami |
August carries more weight than usual. Jeff Hafley, Bobby Slowik and Malik Willis have never run a live drive together, and the Week 1 assignment at Las Vegas comes only 16 days after the last preseason snap. The Saturday afternoon Giants game is the one national window, simulcast on NFL Network.
What Channel is the Dolphins Game On? TV Schedule
Two broadcasters carry the entire regular season.
| Network | Games | Weeks |
|---|---|---|
| FOX | 9 | 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16 |
| CBS | 7 | 3, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17 |
| TBD | 1 | 18 |
Three things to know:
- No subscription is needed for the regular season as it stands. All 16 assigned games are on FOX or CBS, both free over the air in South Florida, so an antenna covers them. Week 18 at New England is the exception. Its date, time and network are all still open, and the Saturday windows that week sit on Netflix and ESPN or ABC.
- FOX has more Dolphins games than CBS, which is unusual for an AFC team. CBS holds the AFC package, so all five of Miami’s all AFC matchups should default there. FOX took every one of them: Las Vegas, Cincinnati, Buffalo, Denver and the Chargers. Read the table rather than guessing from the opponent.
- Flex scheduling can still change this. Sunday night is eligible from Week 5, Monday night from Week 12 and Thursday night from Week 13. A fast start would put the Week 17 home game against Buffalo in play for a national move.
BIG 105.9 FM (WBGG) and Fox Sports 940 AM (WINZ) are the flagship radio partners, heading a nine station English network across South Florida, and the club carries a Spanish call on WZTU 94.9 HD2 in Miami. Out of market viewers can get the Sunday afternoon CBS and FOX games through NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube.
Dolphins Kickoff Times in Every Time Zone
Three windows cover the whole regular season. Eastern is the Miami column.
| Eastern (Miami) | Central | Mountain | Pacific |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1:00 PM | 12:00 PM | 11:00 AM | 10:00 AM |
| 4:05 PM | 3:05 PM | 2:05 PM | 1:05 PM |
| 4:25 PM | 3:25 PM | 2:25 PM | 1:25 PM |
| 7:00 PM (preseason) | 6:00 PM | 5:00 PM | 4:00 PM |
Twelve of the 17 games stay in the Eastern zone: all eight Hard Rock Stadium dates plus the trips to New York, Indianapolis, Buffalo and New England. Five leave it. Minnesota and Green Bay are Central, Denver is Mountain, and Las Vegas and San Francisco are Pacific.
The travel is front loaded. Both Pacific trips land in the first two weeks, which means two 4:25 PM ET kickoffs at 1:25 PM local before the team has played once at home. After Week 4 at Minnesota, Miami leaves the Eastern time zone only twice more all season, in Week 13 at Denver and Week 15 at Green Bay.

The whole year on one page: three preseason games and all 18 regular season weeks with dates, opponents, kickoff times and TV channels. Home games are printed in bold so the eight Hard Rock Stadium dates stand out at a glance, and every row has an empty box for the score.
The strip across the top carries the 8 and 9 home and road split, the Week 6 bye, Hard Rock Stadium and Jeff Hafley. The notes panel flags what a table cannot show: the new coach and quarterback, the Week 3 home opener, the second earliest bye in the league, and a season with no prime time games and all 16 assigned kickoffs on free television. Sized for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Free, with no sign up or email required.

Prefer month grids? This version runs August 2026 through January 2027. Hard Rock Stadium dates are filled in aqua, road dates are outlined in Dolphins orange, preseason squares are tagged PRE, and each one carries the opponent and kickoff time.
Every regular season game lands on a Sunday, so each month reads as one clean column down the left. November is the busiest page with five straight Sundays. October holds three games with the bye sitting in the middle on the 18th, and January carries a single square, Buffalo on the 3rd. Also US Letter, also free.

Printing tip: pick “Actual size” or “100%” instead of “Fit to page” so the small type stays sharp.
Why Miami Rebuilt the Whole Team in 2026
Miami started 2025 by losing seven of its first nine, rallied with four straight wins through November and early December, then lost three of the last four to finish 7-10. It was a second consecutive losing season and a 25th straight year without a playoff win, and it ended Mike McDaniel’s four year run at 35-33 in the regular season.
Jeff Hafley replaced him on a five year deal, arriving from Green Bay where he ran the defence for two seasons. He brought the scheme and much of the staff with him: defensive coordinator Sean Duggan and secondary coach Ryan Downard both came from the Packers.
The teardown reached well past the coaching staff. Tyreek Hill was released in February. Minkah Fitzpatrick was traded to the Jets and Jaylen Waddle to Denver in March, and Bradley Chubb was cut the same week. New general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan kept very little of the skill group that defined the McDaniel years.
The quarterback change was the expensive part. Miami released Tua Tagovailoa in March 2026, absorbing a $99 million dead cap charge, the largest in NFL history. Tagovailoa signed a one year deal with Atlanta. Malik Willis came the other way from Green Bay on a three year contract worth a reported $67.5 million, reuniting with Hafley after going 70 of 89 for 972 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions across 11 appearances and three starts.
That record explains the TV listing. Networks pick national windows months ahead, and a team coming off back to back losing years does not get them. Miami had three prime time games in 2024 and three more in 2025. In 2026 it has none. Flex scheduling is the way back in from Week 5 onward.
Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium opened in 1987 in Miami Gardens and seats about 65,000 for football. The canopy added in the 2016 renovation covers 626,000 square feet and keeps as many as 92 percent of fans out of the sun and rain. The stadium hosted Super Bowl LIV in February 2020 and has shared the building with the Miami Hurricanes since 2008.
The 2026 calendar was unusually crowded before the Dolphins ever kicked off. The stadium staged seven FIFA World Cup matches between June 15 and July 18: four group games, a round of 32 tie, a quarterfinal and the third place match. It operated as Miami Stadium for the tournament, because FIFA strips commercial naming rights from venues whose sponsors are not tournament partners. The last World Cup match fell five weeks before the first home preseason game on August 22 and ten weeks before the Week 3 opener against Kansas City.
The turnaround is less daunting than it sounds. The Dolphins own and operate a 96 acre sod farm in Loxahatchee Groves that can grow about 20 fields at once, which the club says makes it the only US pro franchise with that setup. Hard Rock re-sods eight to ten times a year. Pulling a field takes about a day and laying the new one takes about three.
Two home dates fall in the South Florida heat window, Kansas City on September 27 and Cincinnati on October 11, both at 1:00 PM. Afternoon humidity in Miami Gardens is a real variable for visiting teams in those two weeks, and it is the closest thing this schedule gives Miami to a built in advantage.
When is the Dolphins Bye Week in 2026?
Week 6, the weekend of October 18. Only Carolina and Kansas City rest earlier, in Week 5, so Miami has the second earliest bye on the 2026 calendar. Cincinnati, Detroit and Minnesota share Week 6. It is a mixed blessing for a team installing a new offence and defence.
The upside is timing: five games in, with the two Pacific coast trips and the Kansas City home opener already behind them, Hafley gets a full week to fix what the tape shows. The downside is the run home. Miami plays 12 straight games from Week 7 through Week 18 with no break, and the last two of those are against AFC East opponents.

Dolphins 2026 Coaching Staff and Key Players
The Dolphins announced the full staff on February 13, 2026. Only five coaches carried over from the previous regime.
- Jeff Hafley is the head coach, in his first season. He was Green Bay’s defensive coordinator in 2024 and 2025 and head coach at Boston College before that.
- Bobby Slowik runs the offence after a year as Miami’s senior pass game coordinator. He was Houston’s offensive coordinator in 2023 and 2024 and oversaw C.J. Stroud’s rookie season. Sean Duggan runs the defence and Chris Tabor takes special teams.
- Malik Willis is set to start at quarterback in his fifth NFL season and has taken every first team rep since camp opened on August 2. Second year man Quinn Ewers, who started three games as a rookie, is the backup. He works with Bush Hamdan as quarterbacks coach and Kevin Patullo, fresh from a Super Bowl LIX ring with Philadelphia, as passing game coordinator.
- The defence is the strength. Linebacker Jordyn Brooks led the NFL with 183 tackles in 2025, made first team All-Pro and signed an extension through 2029 in July. Defensive tackle Zach Sieler has 25.5 sacks over the past three seasons. Miami spent two first round picks in April, on Alabama tackle Kadyn Proctor at No. 12 and cornerback Chris Johnson from San Diego State at No. 27. Johnson joins a secondary now coached by two former Packers assistants.
How to Get Miami Dolphins Tickets
Single game tickets are on sale through the official Dolphins ticket page, which routes to Ticketmaster as the club’s official partner. Verified resale runs through StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats, and season ticket enquiries go to the club on 1-888-FINS-TIX.
Kansas City in Week 3 is the marquee home date and the one most likely to carry a premium, with the two Buffalo and New England games close behind. December is the value stretch: Chicago on the 13th and the Chargers on the 27th are the least in demand home fixtures on the sheet.
The cheapest way into the building is August. Both home preseason games, the Giants on the 22nd and Atlanta on the 28th, use the same stadium at a fraction of regular season prices.
Miami Dolphins Schedule 2026 FAQ
When do the Dolphins play their first game in 2026?
Sunday, September 13, 2026 at the Las Vegas Raiders, 4:25 PM ET on FOX. The home opener is two weeks later, in Week 3 on Sunday, September 27 against the Kansas City Chiefs at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. Preseason starts earlier, on Friday, August 14 at Washington.
Where can I get a free printable Miami Dolphins schedule 2026?
Use the download buttons above. The printable is a one page US Letter PDF with all three preseason games and all 18 regular season weeks, including dates, kickoff times, TV channels and a blank box for each result. A wall calendar version covering August 2026 through January 2027 is also available. Both are free with no sign up or email required.
What channel are Miami Dolphins games on in 2026?
FOX carries nine games and CBS carries seven, so every assigned regular season game is free over the air in South Florida. Week 18 at New England has no network yet and is set only after Week 17 finishes, and the Saturday windows that week sit on Netflix and ESPN or ABC. All three preseason games air locally on CBS Miami, and the August 22 game against the Giants also airs nationally on NFL Network.
When is the Dolphins bye week in 2026?
Week 6, the weekend of October 18. It is the second earliest bye in the NFL for 2026, behind only Carolina and Kansas City in Week 5. Miami plays five games before the break and then 12 straight without one, from Week 7 on October 25 through Week 18 in January.
Do the Dolphins have any prime time games in 2026?
No. All 16 assigned games sit in Sunday afternoon windows at 1:00 PM, 4:05 PM or 4:25 PM ET, and Week 18 at New England is still unassigned. Miami had three prime time games in 2024 and three in 2025, and lost all of them for 2026 after back to back losing seasons. Flex scheduling can still move a game into Sunday night from Week 5, Monday night from Week 12 or Thursday night from Week 13.
Who is the Dolphins quarterback and head coach in 2026?
Malik Willis is set to start at quarterback on a three year contract worth a reported $67.5 million. He has taken every first team rep since training camp opened on August 2, though the club has not formally named a starter. Jeff Hafley is the head coach in his first season, hired on a five year deal after Mike McDaniel was fired following a 7-10 finish in 2025. Bobby Slowik is the offensive coordinator and Sean Duggan the defensive coordinator. Tua Tagovailoa was released in March 2026 and signed with Atlanta.
How many Super Bowls have the Miami Dolphins won?
Two, both in the 1970s. Super Bowl VII on January 14, 1973 completed the only perfect season in NFL history at 17-0, and Super Bowl VIII followed on January 13, 1974. Miami has won five AFC Championships and last reached a Super Bowl after the 1984 season, losing Super Bowl XIX to San Francisco.
The Miami Dolphins schedule 2026 asks a new coach and a new quarterback to solve one of the toughest slates in the league with no national spotlight and one very early bye. Seventeen Sunday afternoons, two networks, three kickoff windows, and an AFC East finish that will decide how the first year under Jeff Hafley is remembered.
