New York Giants Schedule 2026: Printable PDF, Times, TV Channels
The New York Giants schedule 2026 starts under the lights at home. New York hosts the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, September 13 at 8:20 PM ET on NBC, and that game doubles as John Harbaugh’s debut as head coach.
Then comes a second straight prime time game. The Giants fly to Los Angeles for Monday Night Football against the Rams on September 21, a rare back to back night start to a season.
New York went 4-13 last season, last in the NFC East, and fired Brian Daboll in November.

One date is still open. Week 18 against the Philadelphia Eagles falls on Saturday, January 9 or Sunday, January 10, 2027, and the league fixes it only in late December once the playoff picture tightens. Sunday afternoon kickoffs from Week 5 on can also move under flexible scheduling, so treat the 1:00 PM slots as provisional until game week.
The shape of the year is easy to read. Seven games come before the bye, the middle stretch is mostly winnable home football, and the last six weeks are brutal: San Francisco, Seattle, Cleveland, Detroit, Dallas and Philadelphia.

Giants Preseason Schedule 2026
Two of the three 2026 NFL preseason games are played at MetLife Stadium, although only one of them counts as a Giants home date.
| Game | Date | Opponent | Time (ET) | TV |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sat, Aug 15 | vs Minnesota Vikings | 1:00 PM | NBC 4 NY |
| 2 | Sat, Aug 22 | at Miami Dolphins | 4:00 PM | NBC 4 NY |
| 3 | Fri, Aug 28 | at New York Jets | 7:30 PM | NBC 4 NY |
NBC 4 New York carries all three locally and WFAN calls each one on radio. The trip to Miami also gets a Spanish language simulcast on Telemundo 47. The finale against the New York Jets is listed as a road game because the Jets are the designated hosts, even though both clubs share the building.
What Channel is the Giants Game On? TV Schedule
FOX carries nearly half the season, which is normal for an NFC club. Only one game sits behind a paid streaming subscription this year.
| Network | Games | Weeks |
|---|---|---|
| FOX | 8 | 5, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17 |
| CBS | 4 | 3, 4, 11, 15 |
| NBC | 1 | 1 |
| ABC/ESPN | 1 | 2 |
| ESPN | 1 | 16 |
| Prime Video | 1 | 10 |
| TBD | 1 | 18 |
Three things to know:
- Only one game needs a paid stream. The Week 10 Thursday night home game against Washington is exclusive to Prime Video nationally. Thursday games still carry a free over the air simulcast in the two participating markets, so New York area viewers should get it on local television. There is no Netflix game and no Peacock exclusive this year.
- Both opening prime time games are free to air. Week 1 against Dallas is Sunday Night Football on NBC, and Week 2 at the Rams is Monday Night Football on ABC as well as ESPN. Neither of the first two Harbaugh games needs cable or a subscription.
- Flex scheduling can still change the map. Sunday night is eligible from Week 5, Monday night from Week 12 and Thursday night from Week 13. A December run would put the Week 15 or Week 17 game at risk of a move.
WFAN 660 AM and 101.9 FM is the flagship radio home, with Bob Papa on play by play, Carl Banks on analysis and Howard Cross on the sideline. When a Giants game clashes with a Yankees broadcast the call moves to 101.9 FM only.
Out of market fans can pick up the Sunday afternoon FOX and CBS games through NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube. Inside the New York market, a digital antenna covers 14 of the 17 games for free across FOX, CBS, NBC and ABC.
Giants Kickoff Times in Every Time Zone
Only four kickoff windows appear on the regular season card, which makes this one of the simpler schedules in the league to plan around. Eastern is the Giants column.
| Eastern (New York) | Central | Mountain | Pacific |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1:00 PM | 12:00 PM | 11:00 AM | 10:00 AM |
| 4:25 PM | 3:25 PM | 2:25 PM | 1:25 PM |
| 8:15 PM | 7:15 PM | 6:15 PM | 5:15 PM |
| 8:20 PM | 7:20 PM | 6:20 PM | 5:20 PM |
Eleven of the 17 games kick at 1:00 PM ET, so most Giants Sundays start at the same hour. Only four road trips leave the Eastern zone: Houston in Week 7 and Dallas in Week 17 are Central, and the two long hauls are the Rams in Week 2 and Seattle in Week 14.
Those two West Coast games sit 12 weeks apart, which is unusually kind by NFL travel standards. The Week 14 trip to Seattle is the only 4:25 PM kickoff all season, meaning a 1:25 PM local start after a five hour flight.

The full year on a single page: three preseason games and all 18 regular season weeks with dates, opponents, kickoff times and TV channels. Home games print in bold so the nine MetLife dates jump out, and every row leaves an empty box for the score.
The strip across the top carries the 9 and 8 home and road split, the Week 8 bye, MetLife Stadium and John Harbaugh. The notes panel flags what a table cannot show: the two prime time openers, Brian Daboll’s Week 3 return and the fact that the NFC hosts the extra interconference game this year. Prefer month grids? This version runs August 2026 through January 2027. MetLife dates are filled in Giants blue, road dates are outlined in red, preseason squares are tagged PRE, and each square carries the opponent and kickoff time.
October is the month worth pinning up. Four straight Sundays are filled, then the last weekend of the month goes blank for the bye. January holds a single square on the 3rd at Dallas and waits for the league to date the finale against Philadelphia. Also US Letter, also free.

Printing tip: pick “Actual size” or “100%” instead of “Fit to page” so the small type stays sharp.
The Harbaugh Era Opens Against Familiar Faces
John Harbaugh was hired on January 20, 2026, after 18 seasons in Baltimore and a Super Bowl XLVII title. The Giants had fired Brian Daboll on November 10, the day after a Week 10 loss at Chicago in which they gave up a 10 point lead in the final four minutes. Daboll left at 20-40-1.
Harbaugh brought a piece of the old building with him. Tight end Isaiah Likely, fullback Patrick Ricard, punter Jordan Stout, lineman Daniel Faalele and safety Ar’Darius Washington are all former Ravens, and so is special teams coordinator Chris Horton, who spent 12 seasons in Baltimore.
The schedule then serves up reunions on a plate. Week 3 brings Daboll back to MetLife Stadium as offensive coordinator of the Tennessee Titans, working under head coach Robert Saleh, who spent four seasons in the same stadium with the Jets. Tennessee also signed former Giants Wan’Dale Robinson, Cor’Dale Flott, Daniel Bellinger and Austin Schlottmann.
That game is also Jaxson Dart against Cam Ward for the first time. They were the first two quarterbacks taken in the 2025 draft. Week 14 adds one more layer: Seattle head coach Mike Macdonald worked for Harbaugh in Baltimore before taking the job in Seattle, and the Seahawks are the reigning Super Bowl champions.
MetLife Stadium After the World Cup
MetLife Stadium opened in 2010 and seats 82,500. It is one of only two NFL venues shared by two clubs, alongside SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. This summer it hosted the FIFA World Cup final on July 19, 2026, which meant a temporary natural grass pitch and a widened playing area.
The grass came up within days of the final and the synthetic surface went back down for football. Players from both clubs pushed publicly to keep the grass, but no change was announced. The Giants get their first look at the reset field in the preseason opener on August 15.
Nine regular season home dates follow, one more than most clubs get, because the NFC hosts the extra interconference game in 2026. That extra Sunday is worth real money to season ticket holders, and it is why the finale against Philadelphia is at MetLife rather than on the road.
When is the Giants Bye Week in 2026?
Week 8, the weekend of November 1. Seven games come before the break and ten after it, so the heavier half of the season sits on the far side of the bye.
It is a middling slot rather than an early one. Byes run from Week 5 to Week 14 in 2026 and ten teams are off before New York. The Texans, Saints and 49ers share the Week 8 date.
The break sits between the road trip to Houston and the road trip to Philadelphia, so the Giants get an extra week before back to back NFC East games. Washington then arrives four days after the Philadelphia trip, which is exactly why the timing matters.

Giants 2026 Coaching Staff and Key Players
Everything above the roster changed this offseason.
- John Harbaugh takes over after 18 seasons in Baltimore. Matt Nagy runs the offence after four seasons in Kansas City, as quarterbacks coach for the Super Bowl LVII win and offensive coordinator for Super Bowl LVIII. Dennard Wilson arrives from Tennessee and calls the defence. Chris Horton is assistant head coach and special teams coordinator. General manager Joe Schoen stays.
- The offensive room is unusually crowded with experience. Alongside Nagy sit Brian Callahan, the former Titans head coach and Bengals coordinator, now quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator, and Greg Roman as senior offensive assistant. Four former coordinators, one play sheet.
- Jaxson Dart begins year two after a rookie season of 2,272 passing yards, 15 touchdowns and 5 interceptions in 12 starts. His 9 rushing touchdowns are the most by a Giants quarterback in a season, passing Daniel Jones. Jameis Winston and Brandon Allen back him up.
- Malik Nabers headlines a receiver room that added Darnell Mooney, JuJu Smith-Schuster and tight end Isaiah Likely, with Odell Beckham Jr. back in blue. Cam Skattebo and Tyrone Tracy Jr. share the backfield behind left tackle Andrew Thomas.
- The front seven changed shape when Dexter Lawrence was traded to Cincinnati for the tenth overall pick. Abdul Carter, Brian Burns and Kayvon Thibodeaux rush the edge, and DJ Reader anchors inside against his old Detroit team in Week 16. Paulson Adebo, Greg Newsome II and Jevon Holland rebuild the secondary.
How to Get New York Giants Tickets
Home tickets run through the official Giants ticket page, which routes single game sales to Ticketmaster. Verified resale is available on StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats. Season tickets at MetLife require a personal seat licence, and the club publishes a PSL pricing map each year.
Three home dates price highest: the Sunday night opener against Dallas, the Thursday night meeting with Washington in Week 10 and the finale against Philadelphia. The Week 3 Titans game is the value pick, a 1:00 PM Sunday with an unusual story attached.
Hold off on the Week 18 game until the league sets the date, because a Saturday kickoff changes travel plans for a lot of buyers.

Four: Super Bowl XXI in January 1987, Super Bowl XXV in January 1991, Super Bowl XLII in February 2008 and Super Bowl XLVI in February 2012. The 2026 season marks the 40th anniversary of the XXI title team, the club’s first championship of the Super Bowl era.
The New York Giants schedule 2026 gives a new coach the loudest possible start and the hardest possible finish. Two prime time games to open, a bye at the midpoint, then six weeks in December and January that will decide whether the Harbaugh hire looks right.
