Thursday Night Football – Sept. 11
Washington Commanders at Green Bay Packers – 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video
Green Bay started the season with a strong 27–13 win over the Lions. Jordan Love looked efficient, connecting on key throws and avoiding mistakes. The Packers’ defense also forced turnovers and controlled the line of scrimmage.
Washington surprised many with a convincing 21–6 win over the Giants. Their defensive front caused problems all day, and their young quarterback made enough plays to stay in control.
This matchup will test Green Bay’s offensive line against Washington’s pass rush. Lambeau Field under the lights favors the Packers, who are rested and disciplined at home.

Sunday Early Games – Sept. 14 (1:00 p.m. ET)
Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens – CBS
The Ravens lost a thriller in Week 1, falling 41–40 to Buffalo after leading most of the way. Lamar Jackson threw for big gains but needs his defense to close stronger. At home, Baltimore usually bounces back well.
Cleveland couldn’t finish against Cincinnati in Week 1. Their offense lacked consistency, and they’ll need a near-perfect effort to keep up here.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Cincinnati Bengals – CBS
The Bengals edged the Browns in Week 1 and Joe Burrow looked sharp late, leading a clutch drive. Jacksonville beat Carolina comfortably, showing defensive speed and a balanced offense.
This game should be tight, but Burrow at home in Cincinnati is hard to bet against.

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys – FOX
The Cowboys pushed the Eagles in the opener before losing a close game. Their defense kept pressure on Jalen Hurts and their offense showed balance.
The Giants lost badly to Washington, scoring just 6 points. Russell Wilson couldn’t get into rhythm, and the offensive line struggled with protection. Against Dallas’ front seven, that spells trouble.

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions – FOX
The Lions ran into a tough Packers defense last week and gained only 46 yards on the ground. Jared Goff needs a cleaner performance, but Detroit is usually better at home.
Chicago showed flashes but continues to lack stability on offense. Expect Detroit to re-establish its run game and keep control.

New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins – CBS
Miami looked flat in Week 1, losing badly to the Colts while managing just 211 total yards. Tua Tagovailoa faces pressure to bounce back, but the Patriots’ defense is built to frustrate quarterbacks.
New England wasn’t spectacular either, but they are more reliable in close contests. Bill Belichick’s schemes give them a narrow edge.

San Francisco 49ers at New Orleans Saints – FOX
The 49ers battled through injuries at wide receiver but leaned on Christian McCaffrey to carry the offense. Their defense looked strong late in the opener.
The Saints have a rowdy Superdome crowd but lack firepower to match San Francisco for four quarters.

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets – CBS
Buffalo pulled off one of the wildest wins of Week 1, rallying from behind to beat the Ravens 41–40. Josh Allen threw accurately and spread the ball to multiple receivers.
The Jets gave up 34 points to the Steelers in Aaron Rodgers’ debut. Their secondary will be tested again. Unless the Jets find more offensive consistency, Buffalo should control.

Seattle Seahawks at Pittsburgh Steelers – FOX
Aaron Rodgers looked vintage in Week 1, throwing four touchdown passes in his Steelers debut against the Jets. His leadership immediately raised Pittsburgh’s ceiling.
Seattle’s defense is solid but struggled against the run. Pittsburgh’s home field advantage and balanced offense push them to 2–0.

Los Angeles Rams at Tennessee Titans – CBS
The Rams’ defense made life miserable for Houston last week, limiting them to just 9 points. Aaron Donald remains a force, and Matthew Stafford did enough on offense.
Tennessee is still working with rookie QB Cam Ward. Mistakes against an experienced Rams defense could be costly.

Sunday Late Games – Sept. 14
Carolina Panthers at Arizona Cardinals – 4:05 p.m. ET on CBS
Arizona stole a road win over the Saints in Week 1. Their defense forced turnovers and their QB play was steady.
Carolina’s offense looked limited against Jacksonville, with Bryce Young struggling to find rhythm. Arizona’s defense should create enough stops at home.

Denver Broncos at Indianapolis Colts – 4:05 p.m. ET on CBS
The Colts hammered Miami in Week 1 with a 33–8 win, running the ball effectively and creating turnovers on defense.
Denver handled Tennessee in a grind-it-out game, relying on defense to protect the lead. This looks like another close battle, but Denver’s experience and defense travel well.

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs – 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX
This is the game of the week — a Super Bowl rematch atmosphere. The Eagles controlled Dallas in the opener with Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley leading the way. Their offensive and defensive lines looked as dominant as last year.
Kansas City dropped the Brazil game to the Chargers, showing cracks in protection and missing key plays in the secondary. Mahomes keeps them in every contest, but the Eagles are the more complete team right now.

Sunday Night Football – Sept. 14
Atlanta Falcons at Minnesota Vikings – 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC
A matchup of two young QBs: J.J. McCarthy for Minnesota and Michael Penix Jr. for Atlanta. Both flashed promise in Week 1, but mistakes also showed.
The Vikings’ home environment is one of the toughest in football. With Justin Jefferson healthy and McCarthy settling in, Minnesota squeaks by in primetime.

Monday Night Football Doubleheader – Sept. 15
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans – 7:00 p.m. ET on ABC
The Texans failed to move the ball against the Rams in Week 1 and clearly missed Joe Mixon in the backfield. Tampa Bay’s defense thrives against the run and will force Houston to win through the air.
The Bucs showed resilience in Week 1, and their experience makes them a tough road opponent.

Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders – 10:00 p.m. ET on ESPN
The Chargers made headlines with their win over the Chiefs in Brazil. Justin Herbert looked sharp and confident, and the defense made just enough plays.
Las Vegas battled but showed gaps in pass protection. Against Herbert and a loaded receiver group, that’s a big concern.
