NFL Week 7 Picks 2026: Game-by-Game Predictions & Winners
NFL Week 7 picks 2026 cover the 13 games left this weekend, from Steelers at Saints in Paris on Sunday morning to Cowboys at Eagles on Monday night. Every game gets a straight up winner, the injury news that matters and a short reason why.
The week opened Thursday with the Bears beating the Patriots 30 to 24 at Soldier Field. Four teams are on bye: the Bills, Jaguars, Chargers and Commanders. Quarterback health is still the story, with Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield both listed as questionable and Saquon Barkley working back from a hamstring injury.
The 49ers are 6 and 0, and the Chiefs and Vikings are 5 and 0. We went 9 and 5 in Week 6, including the Panthers upset, and our season record is 60 and 32 with one tie. Records and injury news below are current through Saturday, October 24, after Friday’s final injury reports.

Thursday Night Football Result
New England Patriots at Chicago Bears, 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video
Caleb Williams completed 22 of 33 passes for 308 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions, his second straight 300 yard game since returning from a hamstring injury. Luther Burden III had 130 receiving yards and a touchdown, and Cairo Santos hit a career long 58 yard field goal with 1:34 left.
Drake Maye threw for 321 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another, but his red zone interception was the turning point. Rome Odunze recovered the onside kick to finish it. Chicago is 5 and 2, New England is 4 and 3, and Bears tight end Cole Kmet went on injured reserve with a season ending knee injury.
Final: Bears 30, Patriots 24
Sunday, October 25: Paris Game Pick (9:30 a.m. ET)
Pittsburgh Steelers at New Orleans Saints, 9:30 a.m. ET on NFL Network, Stade de France, Paris
Pittsburgh is 4 and 2 after rallying from 13 points down to beat Tampa Bay 26 to 19 in overtime. Aaron Rodgers threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns, including the winner to Germie Bernard, DK Metcalf caught 11 passes and Jalen Ramsey had two sacks.
New Orleans is 2 and 4 after scoring 34 straight points to beat the Giants 34 to 27. Tyler Shough threw three touchdown passes and ran for another while playing with broken bones in his non throwing hand. The Saints are the designated home team in Paris, but the Steelers have the steadier quarterback and the better defense.
Pick: Steelers
Sunday, October 25: Early Game Picks (1:00 p.m. ET)
Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens (CBS)
Cincinnati is 3 and 2 and comes off its bye with no one on the final injury report, so Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase are set to play. Burrow threw four touchdown passes in the 31 to 24 win over Miami before the bye.
Baltimore is 4 and 2 after a 13 to 10 loss in Cleveland, where Tyler Huntley threw for 165 yards and Derrick Henry lost a fourth quarter fumble. Lamar Jackson (ankle) is questionable after missing two games and could be a game time decision, and Rashod Bateman (shoulder) was hurt last week. This is our upset pick: a rested, healthy Bengals team against a Ravens offense still waiting on its quarterback.
Pick: Bengals
Cleveland Browns at Tennessee Titans (CBS)
Cleveland is 4 and 2 and tied for the AFC North lead after beating Baltimore 13 to 10. Andre Szmyt won it with a 37 yard field goal on the final snap, and Carson Schwesinger forced the Henry fumble. Deshaun Watson was sacked six times, so protection is still a concern.
Tennessee is 1 and 5 after its first win under Robert Saleh, 26 to 20 in Indianapolis. Cam Ward completed only 11 of 22 passes for 102 yards, and a blocked punt return touchdown gave the Titans their first lead. The Browns defense should control this one.
Pick: Browns
Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings (CBS)
Indianapolis is 2 and 4 after blowing a 13 to 0 halftime lead to Tennessee. Daniel Jones threw two interceptions and was sacked six times, and the Colts fired general manager Chris Ballard the next day.
Minnesota is 5 and 0 and comes off its bye. Justin Jefferson practiced fully on Thursday and Friday and has no injury designation, and Kyler Murray is coming off his best game as a Viking. Rest, home field and a better defense make this one of the strongest calls of the week.
Pick: Vikings
Miami Dolphins at New York Jets (CBS)
Miami is 0 and 5 and comes off its bye. Malik Willis is in his first full season as a starter, and the Dolphins lost De’Von Achane to a torn ACL for the season.
The Jets are 2 and 4 after a 26 to 19 loss in New England. Geno Smith threw for 252 yards and a touchdown, and Omar Cooper Jr. caught six passes for 103 yards. Breece Hall is questionable. The Jets defense, led by rookie David Bailey, should be the difference at home.
Pick: Jets
New York Giants at Houston Texans (FOX)
The Giants are 3 and 2 and 1 after a 34 to 27 loss to New Orleans, and they are changing quarterbacks. J.J. McCarthy starts after throwing for 243 yards in relief of Jameis Winston, who was benched after two interceptions. Malik Nabers caught 12 passes for 165 yards, but linebacker Tremaine Edmunds is out for the season.
Houston is 2 and 4 and has won two straight after a 34 to 31 win over Jacksonville at Wembley. C.J. Stroud threw for 312 yards and three touchdowns, and Ka’imi Fairbairn hit a 49 yard field goal as time expired. Tank Dell is questionable but expected to play. The Texans are playing better and are at home.
Pick: Texans
San Francisco 49ers at Atlanta Falcons (FOX)
San Francisco is 6 and 0 after beating Washington 23 to 17 on Monday night. Brock Purdy went 21 of 29 for 264 yards and a touchdown, and Christian McCaffrey ran for two scores. The injury list is long: Deebo Samuel Sr. (hamstring), Mike Evans (Achilles) and Nick Bosa (calf) are all out.
Atlanta is 2 and 4 after a 31 to 23 loss to Chicago. Michael Penix Jr. threw three touchdown passes, two to Kyle Pitts, but was sacked five times and lost a late fumble. He has no injury designation this week. Even shorthanded on a short week, the 49ers have been the most complete team in the league.
Pick: 49ers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers (FOX)
Tampa Bay is 1 and 5 after a 26 to 19 overtime loss to Pittsburgh in which Jalon Daniels threw two fourth quarter interceptions. Baker Mayfield (thumb) is questionable, but Todd Bowles said he will play after missing three games. Receiver Emeka Egbuka is out.
Carolina is 3 and 2 and leads the NFC South after beating Philadelphia 25 to 14. Bryce Young threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns, both to Tommy Tremble, and Chuba Hubbard ran 28 times for 120 yards and a score. Mayfield returning makes this closer, but the Panthers are rolling at home.
Pick: Panthers
Sunday, October 25: Late Game Picks (4:05 and 4:25 p.m. ET)
Denver Broncos at Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 p.m. ET (CBS)
Denver is 4 and 2 after beating Seattle 17 to 14 in overtime on Thursday, so it has extra rest. Ja’Quan McMillian intercepted Sam Darnold in overtime and Wil Lutz won it from 53 yards. Pat Surtain II is questionable.
Arizona is 2 and 4 after an 18 to 16 win over the Rams, with Chad Ryland kicking six field goals, including the winner as time expired. Jacoby Brissett threw for 218 yards. The Broncos defense and the rest advantage tip this one.
Pick: Broncos
Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions, 4:25 p.m. ET (FOX)
Green Bay is 4 and 2 after a 23 to 13 win over Dallas. Jordan Love threw for 276 yards and a touchdown and ran for another, and Matthew Golden had more than 100 receiving yards and a score. Josh Jacobs is set to return after six weeks on the commissioner exempt list.
Detroit is 3 and 2 and comes off its bye. Jared Goff threw 12 touchdown passes with no giveaways through five games, and Jahmyr Gibbs ran for 151 yards and two scores in the 45 to 21 win in Arizona. The Lions defense has struggled, but rest and Ford Field give Detroit a slight edge in the closest call of the week.
Pick: Lions
Los Angeles Rams at Las Vegas Raiders, 4:25 p.m. ET (FOX)
The Rams are 2 and 4 after an 18 to 16 loss in Arizona. Matthew Stafford threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns, but kicker Blake Grupe and receiver Davante Adams both left with knee injuries, and Puka Nacua (calf) is questionable. Myles Garrett remains out.
Las Vegas is 3 and 3 and has lost three straight after a 33 to 30 loss to Buffalo. Kirk Cousins threw for 313 yards and two touchdowns to Tre Tucker. The Rams have the better roster if Nacua plays, but this is close.
Pick: Rams
Sunday Night Football Pick
Kansas City Chiefs at Seattle Seahawks, 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock
Kansas City is 5 and 0 after a 22 to 6 win over the Chargers. Kenneth Walker III ran for 128 yards and two touchdowns, and Patrick Mahomes threw for 272 yards for his 100th career win. Rashee Rice is out.
Seattle, the defending champion, is 3 and 3 after a 17 to 14 overtime loss in Denver. Sam Darnold threw for 278 yards with two interceptions and was sacked five times, and Zach Charbonnet is out. Mike Macdonald said Darnold remains the starter. The Chiefs protect the ball better, and turnovers have hurt Seattle all season.
Pick: Chiefs
Monday Night Football Pick
Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles, 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC
Dallas is 2 and 4 after a 23 to 13 loss in Green Bay. Dak Prescott completed 34 of 54 passes for 258 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions, and the defense has been among the worst in the league.
Philadelphia is 2 and 4 and has lost four straight for the first time since 2020. Jalen Hurts is on injured reserve, so Tanner McKee is expected to start after throwing for 215 yards in the 25 to 14 loss to Carolina. Saquon Barkley (hamstring) was limited Friday, and DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert did not practice Thursday or Friday. Prescott against a backup quarterback is the edge.
Pick: Cowboys
