Two dates carry no kickoff time yet. The Week 16 home game against Carolina falls on the weekend after Christmas and the league has held it back, and Week 18 at Baltimore is set only once Week 17 finishes. Sunday afternoon games from Week 5 on can also shift under flexible scheduling, so treat the 1:00 PM and 4:25 PM slots as provisional until game week.

The AFC North rivalries land in a clean pattern. Pittsburgh sees the Cleveland Browns in Weeks 4 and 8, the Cincinnati Bengals in Weeks 3 and 10, and the Baltimore Ravens in Weeks 15 and 18. Closing the regular season in Baltimore is the toughest possible finish, and the league can move it to Saturday, January 9, 2027.

Steelers Preseason Schedule 2026

Pittsburgh plays two home games at Acrisure Stadium before a short trip to Orchard Park. KDKA-TV, the CBS station in Pittsburgh, carries all three locally, with radio on WDVE-FM 102.5 and WBGG-AM 970.

2Fri, Aug 21vs New York Jets7:00 PMKDKA
3Thu, Aug 27at Buffalo Bills7:00 PMKDKA, NFL Network

The opener is the one to circle. Mike McCarthy coached Green Bay for 13 seasons and his first game in charge of Pittsburgh comes against the Packers. The finale at Buffalo is the only Steelers game of the summer with a national window, carried on NFL Network alongside the local feeds, and it doubles as an early look at the new Highmark Stadium. Full league listings are on our 2026 NFL preseason schedule page.

What Channel is the Steelers Game On? 2026 TV Schedule

Six networks carry Pittsburgh games this season. CBS holds nearly half the slate, which is standard for an AFC club, and four games land in national night windows.

NetworkGamesWeeks
CBS82, 3, 5, 6, 8, 11, 15, 17
NBC210, 13 (Sunday Night Football)
Prime Video24 (Thursday), 12 (Black Friday)
FOX11 (season opener)
ESPN114 (Monday Night Football)
NFL Network17 (Paris, plus a local simulcast)
TBD216, 18
  • The Black Friday game needs no subscription. Prime Video streams the November 27 home game against Denver free worldwide, with no Amazon Prime membership required. It kicks at 3:00 PM ET, an afternoon slot that exists nowhere else on the calendar.
  • The October 1 game at Cleveland does need one. That is a standard Thursday Night Football stream on Prime Video, though it carries a free over the air simulcast inside the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets.
  • Paris is on NFL Network with a simulcast on local television in Pittsburgh, so you do not need the cable channel to watch it here. At 9:30 AM ET it is the earliest start of the season.

The Steelers Radio Network carries every game on WDVE-FM 102.5 and WBGG-AM 970. Out of market viewers can pick up Sunday afternoon games through NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube, and local CBS and FOX broadcasts are free with a digital antenna. The Week 14 game at Jacksonville is Monday Night Football on ESPN.

Steelers Kickoff Times in Every Time Zone

Every kickoff on the Pittsburgh Steelers schedule 2026 is listed in Eastern time, which is already local for anyone in western Pennsylvania. Use this grid everywhere else.

EasternCentralMountainPacific
9:30 AM (Paris)8:30 AM7:30 AM6:30 AM
1:00 PM12:00 PM11:00 AM10:00 AM
3:00 PM2:00 PM1:00 PM12:00 PM
4:25 PM3:25 PM2:25 PM1:25 PM
8:15 PM7:15 PM6:15 PM5:15 PM
8:20 PM7:20 PM6:20 PM5:20 PM

This is one of the least travelled schedules in the league by clock. Fifteen of the 17 games sit on Eastern time. Only two leave the zone: the January 3 trip to Tennessee, which is Central, and the Paris game.

Pittsburgh never plays a Mountain or Pacific opponent this season, because Denver, Houston and Indianapolis all come to Acrisure Stadium.

Arizona viewers, one exception applies. Arizona skips daylight saving time, so the Mountain column is wrong early in the season. Through Week 7, subtract three hours from Eastern instead of two. Daylight saving ends on Sunday, November 1, 2026, and from Week 8 onward the Mountain column reads correctly.

Prefer a month grid? This version runs August 2026 through January 2027. Acrisure Stadium dates are filled in black, road dates are outlined in gold, and every square carries the opponent and the kickoff.

Preseason days are tagged PRE, the blank second weekend of November shows the Week 9 bye at a glance, and the October page puts the Paris trip in plain view. Weeks 16 and 18 are left off the grid until the league dates them. Good for a fridge, an office wall or a locker door. Also US Letter, also free.

Printing tip: pick “Actual size” or “100%” instead of “Fit to page” so the small type stays sharp.

Steelers in Paris: Week 7 at Stade de France

Pittsburgh faces the New Orleans Saints at Stade de France in Saint-Denis on Sunday, October 25 at 9:30 AM ET, 2:30 PM in Paris, on NFL Network with a simulcast on local television in the Pittsburgh market. It is the first regular season game the NFL has staged in France.

Note the five hour gap rather than the usual six. Europe puts its clocks back on the morning of October 25, while the United States waits another week, so 2:30 PM in Paris is 9:30 AM in Pittsburgh that day and not 10:30.

New Orleans is the designated home team, so the game counts as one of Pittsburgh’s nine road dates and does not cost the club a gate at Acrisure Stadium. Worth flagging: steelers.com lists the matchup with a “vs” label, while the NFL’s 2026 opponents release and neworleanssaints.com both list Pittsburgh as the visitor. The road designation is the correct one and it is what keeps the split at 8 home and 9 road.

This is a second straight European season. In 2025 the Steelers hosted the Minnesota Vikings at Croke Park in Dublin on September 28, the first NFL regular season game played in Ireland. The AFC North is unusually well travelled again in 2026: Baltimore meets Dallas at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro on September 27 and Cincinnati faces Atlanta at the Bernabeu in Madrid on November 8, leaving Cleveland as the only club in the division staying home.

The Saints lead the all-time series 9-8 across 17 meetings. The teams last met on November 13, 2022, when Pittsburgh won 20-10 at home, and they have never met in the postseason.

When Is the Steelers Bye Week in 2026?

Week 9, the weekend of November 8. It arrives two weeks after the Paris trip rather than immediately after it, so the team flies home from France, hosts Cleveland on November 1, and only then gets the week off.

From there Pittsburgh plays nine straight weeks to close the regular season, with no second break before the finale in Baltimore. Compare every club on our NFL bye weeks page.

Steelers 2026 Coaching Staff and Key Players

Mike Tomlin stepped down on January 13, 2026, the day after a 30-6 wild card loss at home to the Houston Texans. He left at 193-114-2 with 19 straight non-losing seasons, the longest such run to open a head coaching career in NFL history. The defeat was Pittsburgh’s seventh consecutive playoff loss, a streak going back to the 2016 postseason.

The new staff:

  • Mike McCarthy, head coach. Introduced on January 27, 2026 as the 17th head coach in franchise history and only the fourth the Steelers have hired since 1969, after Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher and Tomlin. He is a Pittsburgh native who won Super Bowl XLV with Green Bay against these same Steelers.
  • Brian Angelichio, offensive coordinator. First season in the role, after four years as tight ends coach and passing game coordinator in Minnesota.
  • Patrick Graham, defensive coordinator. Arrives from four seasons running the Las Vegas defense, in his 17th year coaching in the NFL.

Aaron Rodgers returns as the starter at 42, turning 43 on December 2, in what is widely expected to be his final season. Mason Rudolph and Will Howard back him up, with third round rookie Drew Allar out of Penn State added at pick 76. Omar Khan stays on as general manager in his fifth year.

The core around Rodgers is still built on defense: T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith on the edge, Cameron Heyward inside, and Patrick Queen and Payton Wilson at linebacker. Jalen Ramsey and Joey Porter Jr. anchor the secondary, though both opened camp on the active physically unable to perform list. DK Metcalf is the primary target, Jaylen Warren carries the run game and Chris Boswell handles kicks. The franchise holds six Super Bowl titles, tied with New England for the most in league history.

Acrisure Stadium and Pittsburgh Steelers Tickets 2026

This is the 26th season at Acrisure Stadium, which seats 68,400 on the North Shore. Two things are new underfoot and overhead. The playing surface has been switched from Kentucky bluegrass to Tahoma 31 Bermudagrass ahead of the league’s coming surface standards, and a new marquee videoboard has gone up on the Art Rooney Avenue side.

A phased seat replacement is also under way. The Sports and Exhibition Authority approved 22,236 upper bowl seats in October 2025 and a further 17,873 lower level seats on July 9, 2026, part of a request from the Steelers affiliate PSSI Stadium LLC to replace 58,719 of the stadium’s seats. Nearly all were original to the 2001 opening and had begun rusting or pulling away from the concrete. The work happens in the offseason, so capacity is unchanged for game days. Pittsburgh also hosted the 2026 NFL Draft on the North Shore in April.

Single game tickets are sold through the official Steelers ticket page and Ticketmaster, with verified resale on StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats. Season seats run on Stadium Builder Licenses, and the club operates both an SBL marketplace and a season ticket waiting list.

With only eight home dates, the Baltimore visit in Week 15 and the Cincinnati game in Week 3 are the hardest to get. Hold off on Week 16 against Carolina until the league assigns it a day and time.
