Two rows still carry no date. Week 16 at Indianapolis falls on the Christmas weekend and is set no later than immediately after Week 14. Week 18 against the Cleveland Browns is fixed after Week 17 ends, then placed on Saturday, January 9 or Sunday, January 10, 2027.
Flexible scheduling can also move the 1:00 PM slots. Under the NFL’s 2026 rules a Bengals game can be lifted into Sunday night from Week 5, Monday night from Week 12 and Thursday night from Week 13. Notice is at least 12 days for most moves, 21 days for Thursday night, and as little as 6 days for Sunday night in Weeks 14 through 17.
The Battle of Ohio bookends the closing stretch, at Cleveland in Week 13 and at home in Week 18, while the two Baltimore games sit more than two months apart. Five of the last six are AFC opponents and three are division games, so tiebreakers land late.

Three things to know:
- Three prime time games, each on a different platform. Week 10 against Pittsburgh is Sunday night on NBC, Week 11 at Washington is Monday night on ESPN, and Week 17 against Baltimore is Thursday night on Prime Video.
- The earliest kickoff is Madrid. Week 9 starts at 9:30 AM ET on NFL Network, the only NFL Network broadcast of the season. Set an alarm.

Only one domestic road trip leaves the Eastern zone: Week 2 at Houston, where the clock reads noon rather than 1:00 PM. The other seven road cities are all Eastern. Madrid is the outlier, kicking at 3:30 PM local.
Arizona is the exception. The state skips daylight saving time, so the Mountain column runs an hour late for anyone in Phoenix or Tucson through Week 7. Subtract three hours from Eastern instead of two until daylight saving ends on Sunday, November 1, 2026. From Week 8 on, the column reads correctly.

Bengals in Madrid: Week 9 at the Bernabéu
Sunday, November 8 at Bernabéu Stadium, 9:30 AM ET on NFL Network, a 3:30 PM local kickoff. It is the first Bengals game played in Spain and only the third in Europe, after London in 2016 and 2019.
One detail is easy to get wrong. Some club listings show this as a Bengals home game. It is not. Atlanta is the designated host, which is why Cincinnati has eight home dates rather than nine.
It is also a first for Joe Burrow, who has never played an international game and campaigned publicly to be sent to Madrid. Three of the four AFC North clubs travel abroad in 2026: the Bengals to Spain, the Ravens to Rio de Janeiro and the Steelers to Paris. Only Cleveland stays home.
When is the Bengals Bye Week in 2026?
Week 6, the weekend of October 18. Only Kansas City and Carolina break earlier in 2026, and the Bengals share Week 6 with Detroit, Miami and Minnesota. Cincinnati plays 5 games before the break and 12 after it.

Cincinnati went 6-11 in 2025 and missed the playoffs for a third straight year. The split tells the story: 5-3 in the eight games Joe Burrow started, 1-8 in the nine he missed with turf toe. The defense allowed the third most points in the league and ranked last against the run.
So the front office spent. Cincinnati committed close to 300 million dollars in free agency, almost all of it on defense, and kept Zac Taylor and personnel executive Duke Tobin.

- Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are back together, with Andrei Iosivas third. Chase Brown leads a three man backfield alongside Samaje Perine and Tahj Brooks.
- Two players miss the first four games. Cornerback Ja’Sir Taylor and rookie lineman Brian Parker II opened on injured reserve with return designations. Edge rusher Shemar Stewart made the roster while still rehabbing a knee.
- New man on returns. Cincinnati released Charlie Jones and handed kick and punt return duties to receiver Ke’Shawn Williams.
- Zac Taylor is in his eighth season and Al Golden his second running the defense. Dan Pitcher returns for a third year as offensive coordinator.
