Denver Broncos Schedule 2026: Printable PDF, Times, TV Channels

The Denver Broncos schedule 2026 opens in prime time and on the road. Denver visits the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, September 14 at 8:15 PM ET on ABC and ESPN, the first time the Broncos have ever started a season in Kansas City.

Denver comes in as AFC West champion. The 2025 team went 14-3, took the conference’s No. 1 seed, then lost the AFC Championship Game at home to New England 10-7 with Bo Nix sidelined by a broken ankle. Both of those opponents are back on this year’s card.

Ten of the 17 games come against 2025 playoff teams. Below you will find every date, kickoff time and TV channel, plus a free printable schedule and a wall calendar, both sized for US Letter paper.

Home games are marked “vs” and road games “at.” All kickoff times are Eastern. Denver runs on Mountain time, so local fans subtract two hours.

Two dates are still open. Week 17 at the New England Patriots falls on Saturday, January 2 or Sunday, January 3, and Week 18 against the Chargers falls on Saturday, January 9 or Sunday, January 10, 2027. The league fixes each one only after the previous round finishes. Sunday afternoon kickoffs from Week 5 on can also shift under flexible scheduling, so treat the 4:05 PM and 4:25 PM slots as provisional until game week.

The Denver Broncos schedule 2026 is front loaded and back loaded at once. Five of the first six opponents reached the 2025 playoffs, and the last three games come against playoff teams as well, including two rematches Denver will not need reminding about.

Broncos Preseason Schedule 2026

All three 2026 NFL preseason games fall on a Friday night, and two of the three are at Empower Field.

9NEWS carries all three locally in Denver and KOA calls every game on radio. The two home dates start at 7:00 PM Mountain, which is 9:00 PM Eastern, so viewers outside Colorado should plan for a late night. Denver last met Atlanta in preseason at the 2019 Hall of Fame Game.

What Channel is the Broncos Game On? TV Schedule

Six different broadcasters carry Denver this season, more than most clubs get. CBS holds the bulk of it, and two games sit behind a streaming subscription rather than a TV channel.

  • Three games need a streaming account. The Thursday night home game against Seattle in Week 6 and the Black Friday game at Pittsburgh are on Prime Video. Christmas Day against Buffalo is on Netflix. None of the three airs on a traditional channel outside the two local markets.
  • All three prime time games come early. Week 1 at Kansas City on ABC and ESPN, Week 3 hosting the Rams on NBC, Week 6 hosting Seattle on Prime Video. After October 15 there is not a single 8:15 PM or 8:20 PM ET kickoff left on the sheet.
  • Flex scheduling can still add one. Sunday night is eligible from Week 5, Monday night from Week 12 and Thursday night from Week 13. A repeat of last season’s 14-3 run would make a December move likely.

KOA 850 AM and 94.1 FM has been the Broncos radio home since 1969 and anchors an affiliate network across Colorado and neighbouring states. Out of market viewers can pick up the Sunday afternoon CBS games through NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube. In Denver, a digital antenna covers 12 of the 17 games for free.

Broncos Kickoff Times in Every Time Zone

Seven kickoff windows appear on the schedule. Mountain is the Denver column.

Eight of the nine road games leave the Mountain zone. Four go east to Carolina, Pittsburgh, New York and New England, three go west to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and one goes to Kansas City in Central. Only the trip to Arizona stays in the same zone on paper.

Arizona is the exception. The state skips daylight saving time, so the Mountain column above is off by an hour through Week 7. Until daylight saving ends on Sunday, November 1, 2026, subtract three hours from Eastern instead of two. That quirk lands squarely on the Broncos this year: the Week 7 trip to Glendale on October 25 kicks at 2:05 PM by Denver clocks but 1:05 PM by Phoenix clocks, the same reading as Pacific time. From Week 8 on, the column is correct everywhere.

The whole year on one page: three preseason games and all 18 regular season weeks with dates, opponents, kickoff times and TV channels. Home games are printed in bold so the eight Empower Field dates stand out at a glance, and every row has an empty box for the score.

The strip across the top carries the 8 and 9 home and road split, the Week 10 bye, Empower Field and Sean Payton. The notes panel flags the parts a table cannot show: the first road opener in Kansas City in franchise history, the first Black Friday game Denver has ever played, and the Christmas rematch with Buffalo. Sized for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Free, with no sign up or email required.

Prefer month grids? This version runs August 2026 through January 2027. Empower Field dates are filled in navy, road dates are outlined in Broncos orange, preseason squares are tagged PRE, and each one carries the opponent and kickoff time.

November tells the story of this season on its own: Kansas City on the 1st, the bye leaving the 15th blank, the Raiders on the 22nd, then a Friday square on the 27th in Pittsburgh.

December ends with another Friday square on Christmas. January stays empty until the league dates the last two games. Also US Letter, also free.

Printing tip: pick “Actual size” or “100%” instead of “Fit to page” so the small type stays sharp.

Two Playoff Rematches Close the Season

Denver finished 2025 at 14-3, won the AFC West for the first time in a decade and earned the No. 1 seed. Then January turned strange. The Broncos beat Buffalo 33-30 in overtime, but Bo Nix fractured his right ankle late in the extra period. On the play after the injury he drew a 30-yard pass interference penalty that set up Wil Lutz’s winning field goal, then had season ending surgery two days later.

Jarrett Stidham, drafted by New England in 2019, started the AFC Championship Game on January 25 against his original club. He threw a first quarter touchdown to Courtland Sutton and Denver still lost 10-7 at home. One win from a Super Bowl, seven points on the board, and a quarterback who had started all 36 games of his career watching from the sideline.

Both opponents return inside three weeks. The Buffalo Bills visit on Christmas Day, and the trip to New England follows in Week 17. Nix was cleared for full training camp work this summer after a second procedure to clean out bone spurs, so the version of that stretch fans want is on the table.

Two Friday Holiday Games and a Netflix Kickoff

Denver plays on Friday twice inside four weeks, both as standalone national games. On Black Friday, November 27, the Broncos visit the Pittsburgh Steelers at 3:00 PM ET on Prime Video. It is the first Black Friday game in franchise history.

Christmas Day is the bigger one. Buffalo comes to Empower Field on Friday, December 25 at 4:30 PM ET, streaming on Netflix. Denver has a 3-2 record on Christmas Day, including a win over Kansas City last season. The Netflix stream is included with a standard subscription and no cable package carries it. Neither game sits on a Sunday, so set a reminder.

Empower Field at Mile High

Empower Field at Mile High opened in August 2001, seats 76,125 and sits 5,280 feet above sea level, the highest stadium in the league by a wide margin. Eight regular season home dates land there this year, from Jacksonville on September 20 to the Chargers in Week 18.

A replacement is already planned. In 2026 the Broncos named Burnham Yard, a former railyard less than a mile southeast along the I-25 corridor, as the preferred site for a privately funded retractable roof stadium inside a mixed use district.

Design work starts this year, construction could begin as early as 2027, and the target opening is 2031, lining up with the end of the current lease. Nothing about the 2026 season changes, but every home game from here is part of a countdown.

When is the Broncos Bye Week in 2026?

Week 10, the weekend of November 15. It is Denver’s earliest bye since 2023, and it splits the year nine games before and eight after.

The break sits between the road trip to Carolina and the home date with Las Vegas, giving the team a full extra week before the heaviest travel stretch of the season: four road games in the six weeks from Week 12 to Week 17.

Broncos 2026 Coaching Staff and Key Players

The staff is stable at the top and rebuilt one level down.

  • Sean Payton enters his fourth season in Denver and signed a new five year contract through 2030. The headline change is that he handed play calling to his offensive coordinator in February, the first time he has given up the call sheet as a head coach.
  • Davis Webb takes over as offensive coordinator and play caller after working with the quarterbacks. Vance Joseph stays as defensive coordinator and Darren Rizzi remains assistant head coach and special teams coordinator, so the defence that carried last season keeps its voice.
  • Bo Nix begins year three as the starter and says the ankle will not limit his mobility. Jaylen Waddle, acquired from Miami in April for first, third and fourth round picks, joins Courtland Sutton and Marvin Mims Jr. in the receiver room, and he meets his old team in Week 13. Nik Bonitto anchors the pass rush after placing 32nd on the 2026 NFL Top 100.

How to Get Denver Broncos Tickets

Home tickets run through the official Broncos ticket page, which routes single game sales to Ticketmaster. Verified resale is available on StubHub, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats, and season ticket waiting lists are handled by the club directly.

Empower Field has sold out every Broncos home game since it opened in 2001, part of a run that stretches back to 1970 at the old Mile High Stadium, so inventory moves fast. Christmas Day against Buffalo, the Week 8 meeting with Kansas City and the Sunday night game against the Rams are the three that price highest.

Wait on the Week 18 home finale against the Chargers until the league sets the date, because a Saturday kickoff changes travel plans for a lot of buyers.
